Westell Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ:WSTL), a leading provider of high-performance network infrastructure solutions, today announced that its In-Building Wireless (IBW) business unit has entered into a product agreement with ip.access Limited that includes the development of a small cell solution based on the Citizens Broadband Radio Service (CBRS), now known as OnGo, spectrum.
