Mavenir Converts MVNO to MNO in ‘Digital Organ’ Transplant

German mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) turned mobile network operator (MNO) with network software specialist Mavenir’s Digital Enablement (MDE) – a cloud-native digital BSS that empowers Telcos to innovate freely, respond to market demands quickly, and fully monetize new 5G business models. The transition enabled the cloud software conditions in which a converged charging system (CCS) and a charging gateway function (CGF) could be installed to support charging on a blend of 4G and 5G network technology.
