A typical deployment of a Converged Services network requires several steps, which requires the above domain expertise and experience: Service and Architecture Definition – is a key step in deploying Converged Services. Given the uniqueness of each operator and their target customers, it is important to identify the relevant set of services and the associated use cases and multi-service interactions and behavior. This dictates the architecture and product requirements for the deployment of the network. This is an optional service that can be offered to help mobile operators accelerate the time to market for service delivery. Project Management - ensures that all activities are planned and successfully performed as per a published and maintained project plan. Network Design – involves key steps including but not limited to CIQ Process, Design, Interface Specifications, Test case definition. Installation & Commissioning – is part of the deployment process involving physical install, cabling to software installation and configuration to ensure equipment is fully operational. Integration & Acceptance – is the final step to integrate the system with the existing network environment including other network components to back office OSS systems.
