Payam Maveddat
VP, Product Management and Partnerships

A 23-year industry veteran, Maveddat is an industry leader in product management, marketing, and engineering with expertise in mobile wireless technologies, VoIP, soft switching, and fixed and mobile convergence. Previously, Maveddat held executive positions in product management, engineering and marketing at Tekelec, Zhone, Nortel, AT&T Bell Labs and DSC. He holds more than eight U.S. patents and has authored numerous articles for wireless networking publications. In addition, Maveddat serves on Industry Advisory Board for the Telecom Engineering Program at University of Texas-Dallas and is a member of the board of directors for IMS Forum.
